Cancellation Policy

At India Dream Vacations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation of your travel plans. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.

1. Written Cancellation Notification

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to indiabesttourpalace@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Token Amount

The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in any case.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges, which will vary from 25% to 50% of the total package cost.
  • 100% retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of no-show scenarios.

4. Natural Disasters, Epidemics, and Unforeseen Circumstances

The company will not be responsible for any natural disaster, epidemic, or cancellation due to any reason during the tour. No refunds will be given in such cases.

5. Missed or Unused Services

No refund will be given in case of missed or unused services, including:

  • Flights
  • Trains
  • Hotel stay
  • Meals
  • Sightseeing
  • Transfers
  • Entry tickets
  • Permits
  • Any other services

6. Insufficient Advance Amount

We reserve the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount paid is less than 50% of the total tour package cost.

7. Termination of Services

In case of any suspected illegal activity or violent behavior by the client, we will immediately stop the services while holding all refunds.

8. Refund Process

Refunds, if any, will be processed within [Timeframe, e.g., 30 days] from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
